Well I met with the folks from the city today to find out what/how and why.

Operations have been ordered to cease immediately. Even free attendance would not be acceptable. We have no option at this time.

We were advised of how to obtain the complaints that were files against us through ATIP requests at City hall. This will tell us who what and why. We were also advised that the Mayor’s Office was called directly and he stated he wanted us out of there “immediately”. That too will be information we can obtain through our ATIP request.

My concern is ensuring that this project hasn’t been sabotaged from within (landlord or whomever)

I will be looking to secure a storage area and moving everything on Wednesday from the club into that storage space.

We are looking for a new location zoned appropriately however, the reality of THAT is there is no such thing as a C2-S.

What is required is having a C2 rezoned to a C2-S.

That requires an application to the Planning Committee at City Hall along with a $2000.00 application fee.

Suffice to say no Landlord would front that cost so until I have that money available Power Exchange will have to remain closed.
